• Work closely with fraud and internal teams to solve complex issues
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• 6–12 months experience in customer service or call centres
• Detail-driven with strong analytical thinking
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Digitally confident and quick to learn new systems
