What You'll Do:

As a Call Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, offering top-notch assistance and ensuring each interaction is friendly, professional, and helpful.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving customer queries across billing, connectivity & general inquiries.
• Providing tailored solutions and upselling/cross-selling when appropriate.
• Capturing interaction details accurately and promptly.
• Demonstrating expert product and process knowledge.
• Always delivering service with empathy, care, and a smile—even over the phone!

What You Bring:

✔️ Matric / NQF Level 4
✔️ 6+ months experience in a contact centre or customer service role (preferred)
✔️ Fluency in English, Zulu & Sotho
✔️ Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends & public holidays
✔️ Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people

Work Hours & Environment:

 9-hour rotational shifts (includes a 1-hour break)
 6-day rotation including weekends & holidays
